At a release party held upstairs in The Stables, guests were invited to try The Exchange's new private selection bourbon from Woodford Reserve. The party was MC'd by Woodford's master distiller Chris Morris who described The Exchange's new bourbon as "sweet and soft, full of flavor and perfect for New Albany."
Besides trying the new bourbon, guests were also treated to a full course meal provided by former head chef Patrick Carter. Carter has since moved on to The Exchange's sister restaurant, Brooklyn and the Butcher, with Scott Dickenson taking over at The Exchange.
Bottles of The Exchange Private Selection Woodford Reserve are very limited and are expected to sell out spring, 2017.
